This is a vintage 1970 GI Joe Adventurer complete flocked head, produced by Hasbro #7404. The head is in above average condition with full flocking, minor rubbing on eyebrows, excellent eye paint, neck pin included, full painted lips, pink markings on both sides of his face, pen mark under right eye and we have made no attempt to clean him.
