Amazing Spider-Man #637 NM- 1st Appearance New Madame Web 2010 Marvel Comics

This is a 1st print 2010 Amazing Spider-Man #637 with the 1st appearance of the new Madame Web, complete and produced by Marvel Comics.  The comic would grade a Near Mint-condition with a lower corner bump and spine stressors that have broken color and prevent a higher grade.
