This is a vintage 1976 GI Joe Dangerous Mission Hunters Rifle stamp Hasbro Hong Kong on butt. No strap is present but strap nubs are intact, not broken, heavy wear/rubs to the gold paint more on left side which looks like it could be a manufacturing mistake and playwear visible.
