This is a 1st print 1992 Iron Man #283 newsstand variant with 3rd appearance War Machine, complete and produced by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Very Fine/Near Mint condition with spine stressors that have broken color, creasing/small tears with some that have broken color along top edge and prevent a higher grade.
