This is a 2020 Venom #25 San Diego Comics Con Diamond retailer variant (only 3000 produced), signed by Ryan Stegman w/COA-certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and published by Marvel Comics. This book was to be distributed at the defunct 2020 San Diego Comic Con Diamond Comics Dist. Retailer Summer Summit and only 3000 variants were produced. The book would grade a Very Fine/Near Mint condition with spine stressors, soft cover creasing and thumbnail indents and lite soiling on the back cover, preventing any higher grade.
