Web of Spider-Man #119 VG 1st App Kaine VG Signed w/COA Terry Kavanagh 1994 Marvel Comics

This is a vintage 1994 Web of Spider-Man #119 with the 1st appearance of Kaine, signed by Terry Kavanagh with COA-certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and published by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Very Good condition with a heavy amount of spine damage that includes multiple tears running the entire length, spine stressors making the cover loose at the staples. Cover is still attached but moves due to the tears. Corner/edge damage and all preventing any higher grade.
