This is a vintage 1st printing 1974 Man-Thing #1 with the 2nd appearance of Howard the Duck, complete and produced by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Good- Condition with heavy damage to the cover. The book displays multitude of wear in the form of  spine damage, tear of front cover bottom right, heavy creasing all over, spine stressors, corner/edge wear, a rip tear on covers back with piece missing, staining on back cover. Interior pages are complete and cream. The cover displays strong vibrant colors. The conditions noted prevent the comic from obtaining a higher grade.
